The short version
Flood Night does not have a server, does not create an account for you, and does not send any of your information anywhere. Everything you enter — your rink's measurements, your flood log, your skate calendar, any photos you attach — stays stored on your own iPhone or iPad. Uninstalling the app removes it.
What the app collects
Flood Night collects nothing that leaves your device. It has no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting service, and no network connection of any kind. The app works entirely offline.
The information you choose to type in or attach is stored only in the app's local storage on your device:

None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. There is nothing for us to see, store, sell or share, because it never reaches a server we operate — we don't operate one.
Camera and photo library
If you choose to attach a photo to a flood entry or a liner-patch note, the app asks for permission to use the camera or your photo library at that moment. Photos you pick or take are saved only inside the app's own local storage on your device. The app never uploads a photo anywhere, and never accesses your camera or library except when you deliberately tap the photo option in a form.
Notifications
If you turn on the flood-timer alert or the optional dusk reminder, Flood Night schedules a local notification directly on your device using Apple's notification framework. This does not involve a push notification service or any server on our side — the notification is scheduled and delivered entirely by iOS itself.
Children's privacy
Flood Night is a general-audience utility for rink builders and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, since it doesn't collect information at all in the sense of transmitting or storing it outside your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
